Bailey’s Taproom offers 25 constantly rotating taps encompassing the entire range of beer styles with an emphasis on Oregon breweries.

Located in downtown Portland, Oregon, we’re convenient to most hotels, mass transit, nightlife and restaurants and welcome to both craft beer fanatics and the uninitiated. Our goal is to constantly offer one of the most eclectic selections of beer around.

Centrally located in downtown Portland, we’re easily accessible to most downtown offices, hotels and mass transit bus lines or MAX lightrail.

    Situated directly above Bailey’s Taproom, The Upper Lip offers an experience that is both literally and figuratively elevated with views of downtown Portland visible through large windows wrapping around a central bar, a design that incorporates exposed brick and wood paneling, a large community table for groups to gather around, and an enormous bottle cooler that proudly displays an exotic assortment of higher-end ales and lagers.

    • A bartender to serve your group
    • Beer list curated to your needs*
    • Small selection of wines, ciders and sodas. Corkage fee available for outside, sealed bottles of wine. Outside sodas and other non-alcoholic beverages welcome at no extra charge.

    • Artisan meat & cheese pairing platters available at an additional charge

    Day Drinker Package
    Monday-Friday 11 AM – 3:30 PM, Sunday 12 PM – 10 PM
    • $50/hour rental fee
    • $30 minimum draft and bottle sales per hour
    • 20% gratuity on all draft/bottle sales

    Happy Hour Package
    Monday – Thursday, Saturday 4 PM – 10 PM
    • $100/hour rental fee
    • 3 hour minimum session
    • $200 minimum draft and bottle sales**
    • 20% gratuity on all draft/bottle sales
    **If your party spends at least $400, your first hour is free

    Weekender Package
    Friday, 4 PM – 10 PM
    • $200/hour
    • 4 hour minimum session
    • $300 minimum draft & bottle sales***

    Level One: Hors d’oeuvre/Light Appetizer
    -Light cheese selection (around three different types of cheeses) and crostini: $7/head

    -Heavier portions of cheese (around three to five different types of cheeses) and crostini: $9/head
